Grilled Lemony Fresh Catch marinated in Lemon, Garlic & Olive Oil, served with a side of Tropical Salsa

Hawaiian Tuna seasoned and seared, served with Stir-Fry Vegetables and Rice Pilaf.

Steak Lovers Menu


Cumin Scented Filet Mignon served with Passion Fruit Horseradish Glaze.

Surf and Turf Menu


Live Maine Lobsters brought from the Lobster farm, cooked on the Grill, served with Filet Mignon, Fresh Vegetables and Rice Pilaf.

Baby Back Ribs Menu


Slow Oven Baked for 6 hours, Falling off the Bones, served with Fresh Vegetables and Cous Cous.

Lamb Menu


Rosemary and Garlic Lamb served with sides of Fresh Vegetables and Rice or Potatoes. For an extra charge, add grilled Fish Kebobs for a Surf N Turf night!
